- System overview: purpose, users, delivery mode, versions in service
- Architecture + component inventory (including vendors)
- Risk management process and a living risk register
- Human oversight plan + intervention records
- Logging and retention plan (audit-ready exports)
- Performance metrics, baselines, and ongoing monitoring evidence
Evidence artifacts to keep
- Release notes and signed build artifacts
- Policy-as-code versions and decision records
- Sampling/evaluation reports and near-miss tracking
- Incident records and corrective actions
